Kannan is the interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Innovation and a Professor of Information Systems at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He has served as the Executive Director of Undergraduate Programs, the area coordinator for the PhD program in Information Systems, and as the interim director of the Center for Teaching and Learning.
